View the Recording – Webinar on Case Studies of VPs Implementation
July 21, 2020 •
The success and impact of in-country implementation of the Voluntary Principles is a key determining factor of the overall health of the Initiative. However, there is a need to better understand and build on the range of implementation activities being carried out in different settings.
The webinar took the format of a round-table conversation between the Moderator and the Panelists. Two key questions were posed to the Panelists:
Q1: Provide one specific example/case study/illustration of your efforts to move the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights from Principles to Practice
Q2: Indicate one or two main challenges that you have encountered in advancing VPs implementation. How should the initiative at the international level help?
Moderator: Frédéric Chenais, Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, Switzerland
